Background: While many Ugandans left the country in the 1970, due to political pcrecution. Theresa Musoke exile was for a different reason. Hers is what you would refer to be profeional exile. "I had to go. There was a scancity of material, I ike paint, the basics an artist would need to survive. One had to make order from Nairobi and this would be followed by a lull in time before the would arrive",she say.
