Please note that the African Human Mobility Review is currently not accepting new manuscript submissions.

We are pausing submissions to focus entirely on reviewing and publishing our current queue of papers. Our goal is to ensure that every manuscript currently undergoing evaluation receives the thorough attention and timely feedback it deserves.

Key details regarding this pause:

• Effective Date: This change is effective as of 02 November 2026.
• Current Submissions: All manuscripts submitted before this date will continue through the standard peer-review and editorial process without interruption.
• Reopening Date: We anticipate reopening the submission portal on January 2027. We will post an official update on this page as the date approaches.
