THE FUTURE OF ACADEMIC LITERACY DEVELOPMENT: WHERE TO FROM HERE?

The field of academic literacy developing has had to keep up with the everevolving higher education landscape. The massification of AL provision, the increasing diversity and needs of students, blended learning, multilingualism, and the era of generative AI (to name but a few developments) have all impacted the ways in which AL practitioners have had to think about their work. For its first issue, the newly established Academic Literacy Journal welcomes submissions from South African academic literacy practitioners that speak to this theme.
